All currency conversions should be used as a guidline rather than being taken as an accurate figure. We do our best to update currencies frequently so that the figure is as accurate as possible. Dubai Rental Properties advertisers must not include any content within their adverts that they do not have permission to use. We strongly advise that all advertisers ensure that they either hold the copyright ownership for their pictures and content, or have been given direct permission to do so by the copyright owner. By uploading your material to Dubai Rental Properties, you have granted us royalty-free permission to use any content in any future media publications. The re-use of any textural content or images from another property advert is strictly prohibited without the consent of the copyright owner, or permission of the advertiser. Advertisers will be held fully responsible for any breaches in copyright law within their advertisements, and will be liable for any costs, including legal costs which may be incurred due to a breach of copyright law.
Website operation, design and layout
On a very rare occasion Dubai Rental Properties may need to be taken offline for any essential updates or repairs, this time will be minimal. We will not accept responsibility for any loss in income or compensation for inconvenience. Dubai Rental Properties reserves the right to change the layout and design of its website. Dubai Rental Properties cannot accept responsibility for any loses or damage caused by the change to web design with may result in the repositioning of an advertisement.
Property Exchange
Any advertisements where one property has been clearly substituted for another by way of altering images and text to reflect a new property will be suspended. Dubai Rental Properties states that an advert relates to a specific property and must never be substituted for a new property without the prior consent of Dubai Rental Properties Ltd.
Property advertisement termination
Dubai Rental Properties reserved the right to terminate the account or remove advertisement from anyone that is misusing the service, If we have received a substantial amount of complaints due to improper conduct we will not hesitate to terminate an account. We will not accept responsibility for any loses or damages caused, due to the termination of your account.
Contactability.
We must ask that in the interest of the service being provided to Dubai Rental Properties users, you should remain in permanent contact through the telephone numbers that you have provided, and view your enquiries on a regular basis. We recommend that should you be out of contact for a long period of time, you contact Dubai rental properties and leave answering machines messages on your phone numbers to explain you situation.
